Hello my name is Chase Silk and I'm from the coastal city of Durban, South Africa. I completed my degree in Jazz and Popular music in 2014 before moving to China.I developed a passion for education during my final year of studies in the Honours music education course, realising educations vital role for a society's development as well as personal success.I have always considered myself to be a self-actualiser, thus continually striving to be a better educator. Outside of education, I love music and its culture (i.e. my music degree), playing sport (terribly), traveling and experiencing foreign cultures, and many many more.I am an outgoing and friendly person, shy at first, but I do love the company of my friends. I look forward to watching all my students grow into fluent English speakers and avid English learners.
